Change of Minds Returns

Melbourne Discounted Furniture do not accept change of mind returns after a purchase from us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Unit 1, 13 Hammer Court, Hoppers Crossing, Victoria 3029.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
